Big Update: booksearch.party Just Got a Full UI Rewrite

This update is focused on making the site cleaner, faster, easier to use, and more enjoyable to browse whether you are on desktop or mobile. The goal has always been simple: make it easier to find free audiobooks without fighting the interface. This rewrite moves the site much closer to that.

What changed

The entire user interface was reworked with a stronger focus on clarity, usability, and responsiveness.

Why I rewrote it

booksearch.party contains a lot of useful data, but the interface needs to stay out of the way for that data to be useful.

As the site grew, it became clear the UI needed more than small tweaks. It needed a proper rebuild with a cleaner structure and a better user flow. This rewrite was about reducing friction, improving discoverability, and making the site feel simpler even as more features were added.
